Abstract

In a democratic country, every law and regulation that will be enacted must be discussed and approved by the legislative and executive bodies. Therefore, lobbying and collaboration play a major role in every discussion of legal products. It is not surprising that there is a law that is passed super quickly, some are so long public tests and some are never discussed. This is where legal politics play out, between groups that have the authority to pay close attention to their political interests. Although still using the argumentation of the interests of the people, the interests of the nation and the state.
