Efektivitas Peluang Transaksi Online Di Era Digital Perspektif Maqasid Syariah (Hifz Al-Mal)

Abstract

Write  Online transactions have become an integral part of modern life, offering easy access to products and services as well as the potential for increased economic prosperity. With the rapid growth of e-commerce, it is important to evaluate its impact in the context of Islamic law. This research aims to explore the opportunities and challenges of online transactions from a maqasid shariah perspective, with a particular focus on the principle of Hifz al-Mal (protection of wealth). Through a normative and qualitative legal approach, the research analyzes various relevant literatures and current practices of online transactions. The research shows that the application of the Hifz al-Mal principle in online transactions is essential to protect the rights of consumers and producers, as well as safeguarding the welfare of society as a whole. In this regard, aspects of honesty, transparency and security are key to ensuring that transactions are conducted in accordance with Islamic ethical principles. The results of this study provide clear guidance for the Muslim community in conducting ethical online transactions that comply with Islamic law, and emphasize the need for strict regulations to create a safe, fair and trustworthy transaction environment. As such, this research not only contributes to the academic understanding of online transactions from a maqasid shariah perspective, but also offers practical recommendations for industry players, regulators, and the wider community to improve the integrity of online transactions.
